Code of Conduct
Version 1.0 · Valid from: [DATUM OBJAVE]
Talenat exists so that children are seen for their talent, safely. These rules apply to everyone.
1. What is prohibited
- Any sexual, suggestive or degrading content involving children.
- Violence, fights, dangerous challenges, injuries filmed for entertainment.
- Insults, threats, harassment, hate speech, discrimination.
- Adding personal data afterwards to a video or description (first and last name, phone, email, address, social media).
- Content that is not sports-related: private recordings from home, the changing room, the bathroom, holidays.
- Videos of other people’s children without the consent of their parents.
- Impersonation – a fake parent, fake scout, false ages or results.
- Advertising, spam, selling, asking for money.
- Downloading, screen-recording or sharing other people’s videos outside the platform.
- Attempting to circumvent a block, creating a new account after permanent removal.
2. Special rules for scouts
- You communicate exclusively with the parent, exclusively through Talenat.
- You never contact the child – not here, not on social media, not in person without the parent.
- You do not ask for money, the child’s documents or private photographs.
- Comments you leave become visible only once the parent approves them.
- A trial invitation always goes to the parent, with a clear place, time and organisation.
3. Special rules for parents
- Upload only videos of your own child, from training or matches.
- The child in the video is dressed in sports gear.
- Talk to your child about what you upload, in a way appropriate to their age.
- Do not share contact details in messages until you have checked the scout.
4. Consequences
A breach of the rules leads to the measures under Article 9 of the Terms of Use – from removal of a single video to permanent removal of the account and a report to the competent authorities.
